I recently purchased this hub to use with my 2022 macbook to add all my peripherals, power and network through one cable. All but the network link are working which significantly diminishes the utility of the hub as I work with large files. I've tried to contact customer support but I've not had a response. The lack of support has left me disappointed. Anyone considering purchasing a hub looking for network connectivity should take this into consideration.The seller subsequently reached out and sent a warranty exchange. This hub works very well and I am updating my review to 5 stars as it’s performance is as advertised. I am quite happy with the new hub

I bought this to use on my IPAD PRO 12.9" 4th Gen (2020) as a replacement of Anker 5 in 1 USB C Hub that had USB 3.0 only. This hub was the only hub I could find online that all features I needed: 4k HDMI support, Power Delivery of 100W, USB 3.1 Gen2 speed for all three ports, and SD Card Reader.My setup is: 4k monitor, bluetooth speaker, wireless mouse, bluetooth keyboard, Charger through PD, and External SDD.Pros: All works well as expected, power delivery was enough to charge my IPAD PRO 12.9" Gen 4 while connected to 4k monitor and also connected to Samsung T5 external SDD hardrive for video editing. 4k videos were able to be played flawlessly directly through USB C port from the hub.Cons:1. Hub itself gets warmed up pretty fast. It's not to a point where it gets too hot so I can't even touch but it's to a point where I get concerned how long the device could handle such heat.2. I'm not sure why but USB signal receiver for my wireless mouse is not receiving the signal from mouse perfectly. Cursor jumps from one place to another pretty often. It might be because the device consumes too much watage and creates some kind of electrical force around the device.3. If I keep my IPAD connected to all the setup for a long time (for like 2-3 hours), something's causing my IPAD to not work properly. IPAD itself does not heatup at all but it sometimes stops for a brief momment or restarts.I really like the fact that this device supports high speed data transfer. But because all the cons I will only be using this device for data transfer, and use my old hub as main usuage.

This product works exactly as it should. It's a great size that works for traveling or taking with you. It's easy to use and seems to be great quality. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Well, for about 5 months I really liked this hub. Yes, it got a little warm but not overly hot like some of the reviews indicated and I loved having 2 USB A slots, an HDMI port for my traveling monitor, a USB C slot that took the place of the slot I use for powering my Mac (since the hub provided power to the Mac) AND an SD card slot (even though it only took the full-sized SD cards). However, after working beautifully for 5 months the functionality of the SD card slot decided to take a dive and it quit reading SD cards. Never abused the thing and really didn't use the SD reader that often but no amount of removing, reinserting, trying different SD cards, unplugging/replugging the hub made it work. I have now dragged out one of my old SD card readers and am using it when needed though it does take up one of my USB ports. Otherwise, the thing still works. Gonna look for another hub that gives me the same versatility but if I can't find one I may just buy another of these and live with the very limited lifespan until I can find something with more longevity.

I wish there was a longer cord from the computer to the device so the huge tangle of wires could be less in my face all the time.
