4k looks good to me

I used this on my desktop that only has display port but need HDMI on the other end. It's a 4k TV I'm using it on and it's been good for me. Quality seams good on the TV and the product to. I would buy this product again.

Perfect solution to use my 50" 4K Samsung MU6300 as a monitor while freeing up the only HDMI output on my GTX1080 for another use. This cable will reproduce 4K at 60hz in chroma 444 which is what you need to drive a TV as a computer monitor without getting bad ghosting which makes text hard to read.

Perfect

Solved my display issue, of just 1 hdmi output from my computer. This display port to hdmi input on the tv lets me use the 2nd port on my computer to have two hdmi display screens (with sound).

White noise/static after several months

Happened to mine about 10 months after buying it. White noise flickering on occasion, only fixable by replugging. Used with RTX2080. Aside from the flickering, it works fine for HDMI 2.0.. but the flickering is a dealbreaker. I'm sure it's quality related.

This cable was a great proposition since it obviates the need for an adapter on your perfectly-able HDMI cable. I had purchased two underwhelming DP to HDMI adapters, the last of which could only do 3840x2160 @ 30Hz. This cable promised more than that. I ran it on a SUHD TV at 4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz for about 2 hours. Then I ran it on a UHD TV at 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz for about an hour or so and then watched some Netflix on the same TV both at 1080p and 3840x2160.The cable did great for all of 5 hours. Incessant flickering started on my screen. I switched computers (unit with a GTX 980 to a unit with a GTX 1080) and then I switched TVs and then I switched to a PC monitor. All to no avail.
